Important: the app organizes and displays medical information that your health provider already holds. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment. The information is for information only and does not replace medical advice. For any medical question, consult your doctor.

1. The service

• Downloading your medical information from health-provider and hospital websites to your device.
• Organizing and displaying it: lab results over time, reference ranges, medications and documents.

The app is not affiliated with, or acting on behalf of, any health provider or hospital.

2. Minimum age

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use only your own account, or the account of a family member who consented or for whom you are the legal guardian.
• Keep your device and your login details secure.
• Use of the providers' websites is also subject to their own terms.

4. Accuracy

Information is shown as received from the provider or hospital. There may be errors, omissions or delays at the source or in the download. Reference ranges and out-of-range markings are general and do not take your personal situation into account.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by relying on information in the app, by the availability of the providers' websites, or by loss of data on the device.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the app are reserved to the developer. Use is permitted for personal purposes only.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may update, change or discontinue the service. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling the app.

8. Consent

Using the app means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
